1.If you are Under 18 years of Age you must get consent from a Parent or Guardian to join this site.

When you register you will be sent a membership form. In order to join North WIlts Hockey Club your parents

must sign the form consenting to allow North WIlts HC to provide emergency medical treatment if required.

2.You or Your Parent or Guardian can object to us using your photographic image on this or other related

sites and publicity material. Please tick the box on the membership form if you do not agree to this use.

If you want an image removed from our site please email removals@northwiltshc.co.uk

 3.Your Parent or Guardian must consent to allow North WIlts Hockey Club to coach you

in accordance with EH current Safehands Policy.Please read our Child Protection Policy for full details.

On registering you will be asked to check a box meaning you agree to all the above.
